Skip to content He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Since completing his studies in 2005, he has continuously worked in legal practice, initially as a trainee lawyer and, since 2009, as an attorney-at-law. As the founder and managing director of NOVICKÝ law firm s.r.o., he provides clients with comprehensive legal services not only in Slovakia but also abroad in cooperation with foreign colleagues. He specializes primarily, inter alia, in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, insurance law, financial intermediation, and debt recovery. He also has practical experience with cross-border transactions and the establishment of branches of foreign companies in Slovakia. He is fluent in English and German.
Since 2025, he has been a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Slovak Bar Association and also serves as a regional representative of the Slovak Bar Association for the Košice Region.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice in 2019. Shortly after completing his studies, he began working as a trainee lawyer for our law firm. In 2023, he successfully passed the rigorous examination and obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws (JUDr.). Subsequently, in 2024, he successfully passed the bar examination and currently works in our firm as an attorney-at-law. His practice primarily focuses on commercial and civil law, and secondarily on tax and criminal law. He is fluent in English.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. She has been working at the law firm since 2018, initially as a legal assistant, where she gained practical experience during her studies, and continued to develop it after graduation as a trainee lawyer. In 2024, she successfully passed the rigorous examination and obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws (JUDr.).
At the end of 2025, she successfully passed the bar examinations and currently works at the firm as an attorney-at-law. In providing legal services, she focuses mainly on corporate law, insurance law, contract law, labor law, as well as inheritance and family law. During her practice, she also prepares various legal analyses and represents clients in civil proceedings. She is fluent in English and has passive knowledge of Spanish.
He is currently a master’s degree student at the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice and has been working at our firm as a legal assistant since 2022. As part of his studies, he completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic and a course in international law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He is fluent in English and holds certificates in both general and legal English.
He is a graduate of the bachelor’s degree program at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. He has been working at the firm as a legal assistant since 2025. During his studies, he completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, as well as an exchange program at Vilnius University in Lithuania under the Erasmus+ program. He is fluent in English.
